Once again, we have been very lucky with a mild and warm autumn climate.
This has allowed us to wait for the full maturity of the white grapes (our sémillons were only picked on the ... 16th of october !).
This means powerful aromas, great complexity, above all with the sauvignon blancs... we already look forward to sharing them with you!
The merlots show great balance, density, together with a good structure... we will tell you more in a few weeks time, after the macerations finish.
